WELCOME TO THE 2026 VENTURA COUNTY FAIR
LIVESTOCK EXHIBITS ONLINE AUCTION & ENTRY PORTAL!
AUCTION BUYERS
1. Click on “Register (1)” at the top right corner of the page.
2. Under “Choose Type,” click the drop-down arrow and select “BUYER.”
3. If you registered at the fair or participated in the auction last year, your name will appear on the buyer list. Find your name and click on it.
4. Enter your password. Your buyer number is your password. If you do not remember your buyer number but see your name listed, please email Holly Norris, Auction Manager, at vcfairauction@gmail.com.
5. Verify all information and make any needed updates.
6. Click on “GIVE AUCTION ADD-ONS”.
7. To give “Auction Add-Ons,” search for youth exhibitors by sale order number. You may also click on the column titles (Exhibitor Name, Club, Division) to sort the sale order. The search window may also be used to locate a specific exhibitor.
8. Enter the amount you would like to give as an add-on for your selected exhibitor(s).
9. When finished, select your payment method and complete checkout.
